RETENTION
The Call Center provides compelling retention resolution services via inbound retention or outbound retention.

For inbound retention, clients can seamlessly transfer any potential contract canceling customer to one of our highly skilled representatives. Upon transfer, representatives will use a variety of retention tools and/or special offers to prevent the customer from canceling their services.

For outbound retention, The Call Center will contact previously canceled customers or those needing to renew services as identified and provided by the client. Representatives will use a variety of retention tools and/or special offers to retain their business.
